KS2 Teacher Vacancy

We have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and talented teacher to join our committed, friendly team.

In September 2024 we will have a temporary, full-time vacancy covering a maternity leave, although we are a large school so this could lead to a permanent position.

We are looking for a hardworking KS2 teacher who believes that the child’s needs should be at the heart of the learning process and that the curriculum should be creative, vibrant and memorable.

This role would be ideal for an experienced teacher but we would consider someone in the early stages of their teaching career. All curriculum strengths will be valued.

At our school we believe that everyone is special. We are a happy, caring school where all children are valued and nurtured to enable them to see and realise their potential and lay firm foundations for life.

We have an excellent reputation and have been consistently judged as good by Ofsted, with our most recent inspection being in February 2023.

Denfield is a modern, two-form entry Primary School, with a purpose-built Nursery and a 14 place SEN unit for pupils with ASD. We pride ourselves on being an ‘inclusive’ school.

We can offer you:

• Happy, well behaved children with a desire to learn;

• Friendly and welcoming staff who have a vast array of experience and expertise

• A structured support staff appraisal system and a school committed to professional learning

• A supportive SLT who value and encourage staff well-being

• An exciting and engaging curriculum, with lots of wider enrichment opportunities.

The school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and expects all staff to share this commitment. DBS checks will be required from successful candidates and references will be sought prior to interview of all shortlisted candidates.

Candidates are urged to view the school, in order to really appreciate what a fantastic opportunity this is. Please email to book a place bursar@denfieldpark.northants-ecl.gov.uk

To apply for this role please complete the application form and return with a covering letter to bursar@denfieldpark.northants-ecl.gov.uk (CV's without the application form will not be accepted)
